Employee engagement. By now, you know it's something we scream from the rooftops. Why it's important. What it includes. What to do. What not to do. So, what makes Hueman the employee engagement expert? A lot of things, really.
Most recently, we were named one of the Best Small Workplaces in the U.S. by Great Place to Work and Fortune Magazine, snagging the 26th spot on the list! (Plus, our leadership team built a company that was the only company in the country to make the list 13 years in a row.) Our employee engagement is all at the helm of that. To ensure our company is doing its best to serve our Huemans, every year, we ask them to take the Gallup Employee Engagement Survey. It drills down to 12 key engagement categories. While the results are informative, it's even more important to use as a driver for improvements. After we receive the survey scores, our leadership team strategically plans on what areas we can improve upon - and how we can get there.
