OUR OBJECTIVE IS YOUR SUCCESS. Hueman creates an innovative recruitment program. Our partner - a leader in rehabilitation, skilled nursing and assisted living with over 50 locations - was seeking a way to reduce their staffing agency usage while increasing efficiencies within their recruitment program to expand their candidate reach and achieve future location growth goals. Hueman was initially tasked with providing 1 recruitment resource to support hard-to-fill roles and expand brand awareness to develop a strong candidate pipeline. After 6+ years of partnership, Hueman continues to work with the client to expand, refine and streamline their talent acquisition processes and to achieve their overarching business objectives. Additionally, as a result of our increased time to fill, of more than 50%, they were about to nearly eliminate their use of agency help. Our recruitment program results in 1,400+ annual hires; a 26% year over year increase. After a rapid implementation period and pilot programs, Hueman was then awarded with expanding the partnership by tackling recruitment across the organization, including Physical and Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, Therapy Managers and Therapy Coordinators. This expansion also included the development of robust marketing and social media strategies, an overhaul of their recruitment processes, and streamlining of the offer and on-boarding process.
